Q: Can we place an order without having a Trade Account
A: As a new customer we will contact you first before delivery of any goods

Q: What is the lead time on goods delivery
A: All our deliveries are scheduled for specific days, to find out your delivery day please request notification in the comments box

Q: Is there a delivery charge on goods orders
A: All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge, orders under £50 will incur a delivery charge of £8


Q: Do you offer Lease Rental Agreements on machines
A: We can offer fixed term lease rental agreements with or without maintenance

Q: Do you supply machines outside your area of operations
A: Yes we can supply machines and contracts throughout the country

Q. Do you offer technical service agreements on vending machines
A: We offer various technical packages to suit all our customer requirements

Q: What is a fully managed contract
A: This is where we are contracted to fill, clean, service and undertake all cash counting for a fixed charge.

Q: How do royalty payments work on fully managed contracts
A: If the cash counted is greater than charges made, then royalty is calculated and paid back on a quarterly basis

Allergen Advice

As of the 13th December 2014, in accordance with new legislation, any and all allergens contained within beverages dispensed by vending machines must be clearly marked.

Our vending machines comply with this legislation:

  • •   All white coffee, cappuccino, latte and white tea drinks contain – Milk
  • •   Black coffee & black tea may contain traces of – Milk
  • •   All chocolate drinks, including mocha contain – Milk and soya
  • •   Soups contain – Milk, soya, mustard, celery, egg, wheat, rye, barley and oats (gluten)
